We are so excited to share some beautiful inspiration for you if you are planing a garden outdoor wedding. This styled shoot was the first one I curated myself, and I'm so proud of what we all achieved.
We had a gorgeous colour pallet of rich oranges, creams and teal, that you could literally use all year round!
I wanted to showcase how it's possible (even in the UK!) that you can have a beautiful back garden wedding, and a ceremony area to die for!
Mia from MiaSylvia created a beautiful backdrop for the dining table area, showing how just a few pieces of draped fabric can really bring the area to life. Stunning flowers by Passion Flowers by Emma Spowage over head with THE most amazing installation, and added LED bulbs by Dreamwave Events creates such a cool table for your guests to dine at. Dreamwild Workshop created the most beautiful stationery with terracotta and gold leaf place names. CMA provided their gorgeous tableware, just perfect for this shoot. Our Reclaimed Wood Trestle Tables bring such a warmth to the setting, and our candlesticks and vases in brass and stone compliment the table perfectly.
We used our Vintage Velvet sofas and Armchairs, and contrasted it with our more modern Bamboo sets, to show that you really can mix the two styles and still create such a beautiful setting. Our neutral Persian Style Rugs to frame the aisle really creates the WOW factor, and is still so on trend. We lined the aisle with simple planks of wood, and places LED pillar candles and spotted large vases of flowers to bring everything together. Then at the top of the ceremony area was the real show stopper! Our Reclaimed Wood screen adorned with the stunning banner 'HERE COMES THE SUN". We re purposed the Dining Table flower arch at the bottom of the screen to create something truly beautiful. This shows how you can re use flowers on your big day but still creating something totally unique in each area.
Beautifully styled to create a cosy area to guests to relax in during the down time. Our Persian Rugs, Leather Pouffes and Stone Vases create the perfect nook for your Chill Out Area
I had a really clear vision in my head of what I wanted to create, and we absolutely nailed it! We created this beautiful canopy of fairy lights over head, and draping on the floor. After waiting for the sun to go down, we got the perfect shot. The stunning pressed flower cake by Lucky & Co sitting on the top table ready to be tucked into! Mia suspended our vintage bottle vases with simple stem flowers in to add a really unique backdrop against the gorgeous fairy lights.
For my first styled shoot, I knew I wanted to work with suppliers who I knew well, and who's worked I highly respected, and I literally couldn't not have asked for a better team.
The incredibly talented KELSIE LOW captured it all for us.
Here's some of their work from the shoot in more detail...
Mia's eye for style is second to none, and we are so proud that she is now working with us to offer Styling for your weddings or event. Her textile installations always amazing me, and are just stunning.
Emma is the most incredible florist. She grows her own seasonal flowers on her allotment, and creates the most stunning floral installations and bouquets. She is so passionate and hardworking and as always such a joy to work with.
When it comes to lighting, Dreamwave Events are the ONLY place to go! We have worked with Dave and the team at Dreamwave for years now, and they are absolute pros and so great to work with. Dave created the most AMAZING canopy for our top table, gorgeous LED bulb install for our Dining Table, Festoons for our Chill Area, and LED Pillar Candles for the ceremony.
Katie & Liz created THE most stunning cake with pressed flowers, a rustic 2 tiered buttercream cake, using real flowers for decoration, and delicious marble effect cookies. They create the most beautiful cakes for your wedding an event and are the best to work with.
The lovely Gemma was actually a past bride of ours. When she contacted me and showed me her new Stationery company I knew I needed to have her involved in one of our shoot. Gemma created the most stunning 'HERE COMES THE SUN' banner for our ceremony area, a really cool wedding stationery suite, and I LOVED the terracotta place names!
