We know you'll have lots of questions about the details around hiring from us -
below are some points that should answer some of these.
Our warehouse is situated just outside Colchester, Essex. We tend to deliver up to 120 miles from us (which is pretty far), but if you're in Scotland, chances are sadly we are a bit too far away to be able to delver to you.
Delivery & collection charges are not included in the hire price listed in our catalogue and will be added in when we send you a quote.
If you don't want us to deliver for you, you are very welcome to come and collect from us at our warehouse in person. But just bear in mind it can be quite expensive to hire a van, so you will probably find our charges are pretty reasonable :)
If you need us to collect as soon as the fun is over in the early hours of the morning, this is no problem but there will be an extra charge for this. Also there are extra charges for delivery and collection on bank holidays.
Our hire period is for the day of your event.
We understand that you may need a day or two to set up, so we can always plan this in for you and will always work closely with you and your venue to make sure you have everything delivered in time.
Our normal hire period is for 3 days.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT and will be added when we send you a quote.
Unfortunately we don't offer discounts. As a business it's really important to us we charge the same to al our customers.
A full copy of our Terms & Conditions will be sent to you with our invoice so you can ready through them.
These terms are to cover both us and you, but we are super easy going so don't be put off by all the small print!
